The other day I saw someone post on Facebook what I consider to be a ridiculous comment about the great Ron Desantis almost suggesting he has some sort of redeeming qualities.
Then there were a whole bunch of thumbs-up on top of that. I'm glad for the people of Florida that Desantis might have done something to help. I wouldn't consider him doing his job helping the people he been charged with governing as any sort of redeeming quality. There isn't anything he can do that will remove the black mark against him of being a white-supremacist, anti-LGBT and a Fascist, banning books and classes on the actual real history of this country.
I heard Hilter was at one point a bee-keeper and very brave, but I don't think anyone is saying anything about his redeeming qualities.

Recuse? I'd think a much more permanent type of removal is needed and justified. Alito and Thomas have violated their oath of office when they reversed a precedence set almost 50 years ago. Judges aren't supposed to set new precedence for cases that have already been decided. They are responsible to uphold them. No new case triggered this reversal - only the changes of politicians in office. They have committed this crime against the American people (among many others, Mr. Thomas, you crook accepting bribes). They have not upheld their oath of their office.

Students and other HammasSupporters (page needed) that are the source of the current uprising across US universities, while having a right to free speech, are unjustified in their actions. Students paying to attend a university are like customers going to Star-Bucks or McDonalds. They spend their money and get a product in return, but that does not give them a say in how the university is run. They aren't, owners, or shareholders. They are "customers". So, they need to just shut up, clear their tents from campuses and get back to what they are supposed to be doing: studying. If they don't, then they should be expelled, arrested, etc., like the common criminals that they are.
